Vacuum Forming / Mold Making Service
We are Proud to announce that we can now offer mold making service to our customers.
We have in-house thermoforming and pressure forming machines.
Maximum size that we can do is 300x300x160
We can mold using your own mold or tool as well as design one for you and 3D print it as per your specifications.
You can choose from a range of materials such as:
• PETg • HIPS • PLA • Polypropylene • Polycarbonate • Polystyrene • PVC • Kydex • HDPE • LDPE • EVA foam • TPU • ABS • Extruded Acrylic
There are four stages to this process:
STEP 1: Create a Template / Tool
You can either provide your own tool or object that you want us to mold over. We can also design and 3D print one as per your specification.
STEP 2: Choose a material
We have a range of materials available in various thicknesses.
- ABS 4mm (Tough, impact-resistant parts with excellent surface appearance)
- PETG 1mm / 2mm (Prototype food-safe packaging and create transparent parts in minutes)
- PMMA 3mm (Clear, hard-wearing parts with UV stability and qualities similar to glass)
- HIPS 1mm (Rapidly prototype using a recyclable material with a smooth, satin finish)
- UHMW 3mm (Strong, abrasion-resistant parts with a low friction coefficient)
- EVA 1.5mm (Shock absorbent parts that are easily recycled and tooling for molds)
STEP 3: Mold Making

- Mayku Multiplier: Pressure Forming Machine
- Forming area: 380mm (W) x 160mm (H)
- Max template volume: 3500cm3 / 214in3
- Up to 60 psi (4 Bar) of forming pressure
