The Clear and Natural Collection
Reflow Natural rPLA is a bioderived material, recycled from food packaging. Our Clear rPETG’s are recycled from medical tray waste. Both are 100% recycled, without colourants or additives yet match the print performance and surface quality of the best transparent virgin materials.
100% Recycled
These streams are chosen for their consistency and quality. For users seeking the highest badge of sustainability with no compromise on quality.
Tested by the best
These 3 transparent filaments are used by some of the most pioneering 3DP designers working today in lighting, interior and furniture design.
Optimal performance
These recycled materials display excellent bed adhesion, superb print quality and stunning transparent optical quality.
Reflow is committed to sustainability as the foundation of our business. In our other filament collections we typically use 2%-5% of colourant or mattifying agent to bring beautiful colours to life. What makes this collection so special is the purity of their composition. It is a testament to the standard of recycling and production that these streams produce translucent and transparent qualities that outperform even their virgin competitors. These 3 filament types have been used in the production of high end furniture pieces and lighting collections, exhibiting their ease of printing, flawless surface finish and optimal material quality.
Transparancy
Fully Circular
Premium Print Quality
Source Traceability
PETG is another highly established plastic type, frequently used in the production of beverage and liquid containers. Reflow rPETG is sourced from a consistent stream of thermoformed medical packaging waste in the Netherlands. There are no colourants or additives of any description used in this filament collection.
A Natural Fit
Reflow is proud to be the material of choice for some of the most talented designers using 3D printing today. These clear and natural filaments have already been championed in their sustainable product lines and creations.

SAMPLE PREPARATION AND TESTING CONDITIONS
Sample preparation conditions:
Ultimaker 2+ with 0.4 mm nozzle was applied for preparing both tensile
and flexural specimens.
Line width: 0.35 mm | layer height: 0.2 mm | printing speed: 20 mm/s | retraction distance and speed: 9 mm and 35 mm/s | printing temperature: 230 ºC | fan speed: 40% | infill percentage: 100% | outline overlap: 35%
Testing conditions:
Five samples were tested and the value shared was the average value.
For tensile specimens, they were printed flatly (x-y direction ) and the printing direction
was in line with the tensile stretching direction. As for the flexural specimens, the printing direction was perpendicularly to the test direction.
