eSun have made the shift to using cardboard spools. These cardboard spools will have the waxed edge designed to suit being used in the Bambu Labs AMS unit.

PC-HT filaments have the advantages of high interlayer strength, good temperature resistance, and small warping, and can be widely used in electronic appliances,
household appliances, instrumentation, engineering accessories, etc.

Compared with the original PC, the heat deformation temperature of PC is increased by about 33%, which improves the problem of insufficient high temperature resistance of the original PC; in addition, the interlayer strength of PC in Z-axis heat resistance is high, reaching 50.6MPa, which is about 3 times higher than that of the original PC, and the interlayer strength is significantly improved; the impact strength is greatly improved, which is about 2.8 times higher than that of the original PC

Good Weather Resistance and Chemical Resistance
PC-HT still has the characteristics of PC material's good weather resistance and chemical
corrosion resistance, and is suitable for use in outdoor environments.

Excellent Printing Effect
Compared with PC, it solves the problems of poor interlayer strength, poor bridging
performance, and low temperature resistance. It has the advantages of high interlayer
strength, small warping, less wire drawing, good tower bridge performance, high
dimensional accuracy, fast printing, high temperature resistance, and good scratch
resistance.

Good Dimensional Stability
PC-HT exhibits good dimensional stability during the printing process, reducing
dimensional deviations caused by material shrinkage or expansion

esun has two standard heat-resistant products
Advantages of PC-HT—high temperature resistance, high interlayer bonding strength, high strength and high rigidity

  •  Better temperature resistance: The heat deformation temperature of PC-HT is slightly higher than that of ABS-HT
  • Higher interlayer bonding strength: The tensile strength of PC-HT is higher than that of ABS-HT, which is 1.4 times that of ABS-HT
  • Higher strength and rigidity: The flexural strength and flexural modulus of PC-HT are higher than those of ABS-HT, with the flexural strength being 1.6 times that of ABS-HT and the flexural modulus being 1.2 times that of ABS-HT

Orders placed over the weekend and public holidays are processed for shipment on the next available working day.

You will be issued with a tracking number to self monitor your shipment. Once your parcel has left our premises, there isn't any further info that we have access to aside from what shows up from your tracking number and we are unable to speed up the process.
