Effective Foaming Technology & Changeable Hardness : TPU-LW is a TPU filament that can foam during the printing process. By precisely adjusting the printing temperature and speed, you can freely control the degree of foaming, thereby adjusting the strength and density of the printed items. The hardness of printed models varies with different foaming ratios, ranging from 93A to 77A.
Lightweight : eSUN TPU-LW has a maximum foaming volume ratio of up to 172%. Compared to regular TPU, TPU LW significantly reduces the weight of the model while providing high resilience, making the printed models soft and skin-friendly, suitable for flexible wearables and COSPLAY model printing.
Fine Matte Texture & Wide Application : Models printed with TPU LW have a fine matte texture on the surface, which does not easily show layer lines, offering a matte surface effect that enhances the aesthetics of the model. It has strong pigment adhesion, making them easy to paint and facilitating user creativity, suitable for applications in model aircraft, ship models, COSPLAY props, and more.
Excellent Interlayer Adhesion : TPU-LW demonstrates good interlayer adhesion, ensuring the stability and durability of the printed models, which are not prone to breaking even when stretched or bent. Tear resistance and wear resistance.
High Resilience & Good Flexibility : TPU-LW has good flexibility, which is not easy to tear and has good resilience, which makes printed models more durable. Also, it can quickly restore its original state after deformation. Capable of printing components that are structurally robust but also possess dynamic flexibility.

Friendly Reminder: Due to the foaming effect of lightweight materials under high temperatures, please take note of the following during printing:

  1. Be sure to disable the retraction function in your slicing software to prevent internal cavities in the print head, which could lead to clogs. Since lightweight TPU foams are in the hot end at high temperatures, retraction has little effect. Stringing during printing is normal, and using vase mode can reduce its impact on the model.
  2. The foaming ratio is positively correlated with printing temperature. When printing speed is fixed, the higher the temperature, the greater the foaming ratio, so the extrusion rate must be reduced accordingly.
  3. As it is a flexible TPU material, the printing speed should be reduced during printing.
  4. Hardness varies with different foaming temperatures and can be adjusted according to the requirements.

Shipping & Returns

We endeavor to ship out all orders placed before 2pm on the same day during weekdays. Orders placed after our courier driver has been will be processed the following working day.

Orders placed over the weekend and public holidays are processed for shipment on the next available working day.

You will be issued with a tracking number to self monitor your shipment. Once your parcel has left our premises, there isn't any further info that we have access to aside from what shows up from your tracking number and we are unable to speed up the process.
